Piri & Co is a trading name of R&P Co Pty Ltd (ABN 16 701 015 072), 383 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean R&P Co Pty Ltd trading as Piri & Co. "You" means the person placing an order or using this website.
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where any part of these terms conflicts with a consumer guarantee, the consumer guarantee applies.
2. What we make
We create personalised pet portraits from photographs you supply. Each portrait is made to order. Portraits are available as a digital file, as a printed portrait, and with an optional frame.
Colours shown on screen are a guide. Screens vary, and printed colour will not match a screen exactly. This is normal for printed work and is not a fault.
3. Your photographs
When you upload a photograph, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that you are allowed to give us permission to use it to create your portrait.
You keep ownership of your photographs. You give us permission to use them only to create your portrait, to make any changes you ask for, and to reprint your order if needed.
We will not use your photographs, or your finished portrait, in our own marketing without asking you first.
We may decline an order if a photograph is not clear enough to work from, if it appears to infringe someone else's rights, or if it contains unlawful or offensive content. If we decline, we will refund you in full.

4. Approval before printing
We email your portrait to you for approval before anything is printed.
You have 72 hours to respond. We send a reminder after 24 hours and again after 60 hours. If we have not heard from you within 72 hours, your order is approved automatically and goes to print, so that it is not left waiting indefinitely.
You may ask for one free round of changes before approval. If we still have not got it right after that round, you may ask for a full refund instead.

5. Your digital portrait — what you can do with it
We own the copyright in the portrait we create. When you buy a portrait, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.
You may:
- Print your portrait as many times as you like, for your own personal use
- Display it in your home or give it as a gift
- Share it on your own social media
You may not:
- Sell your portrait, or sell anything made from it
- Use it for commercial or business purposes, including advertising
- Licence, sublicence or redistribute the file to others
- Present the portrait as your own work
If you would like to use a portrait commercially, email us and we will discuss it.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken when you place your order, before we begin work.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed.
If a price or product description is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
7. Delivery
Shipping is free within Australia. We do not currently ship outside Australia.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once you approve your portrait. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier service, but we will help you follow up on anything that goes missing.
It is your responsibility to give us a correct delivery address. Shipping is set out in our shipping policy.
8. This website
Everything on this website — text, images, portrait examples, logos and design — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Our responsibility to you
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law and to clause 1, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited, at our option, to replacing the portrait or refunding what you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, to the extent the law allows us to exclude it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
