Yes, if we haven't printed it. Email us as soon as you can and we'll sort it out.

Not before, no — but nothing gets printed until you've seen it and said yes. We email your portrait over for approval, and if something's off we'll change it. If we still can't get it right, we'll refund you in full.

You've got 72 hours from when we send your portrait over. We'll nudge you at 24 hours and again at 60 if we haven't heard back. If there's still no word, it goes to print automatically so your order isn't left sitting in limbo. Once that happens it's treated as approved, and the money-back guarantee no longer applies.

One round, free. Most people don't use it. If you're still not happy after that, we'd rather refund you than send you something you don't love.

Tell us and we'll fix it. You get one free round of changes — usually it's one small thing about an ear. If that doesn't get them right, we'll refund you in full, as long as it hasn't gone to print.

If you're not happy with your portrait at the approval stage, we'll refund you in full. Nothing has been printed at that point, so there's nothing to send back and nothing to argue about.

Once you've approved it and it's gone to print, we can't refund a change of mind — it's made specifically for you. If it turns up damaged or there's a fault with the print, we'll reprint it.

Digital works best. If all you have is a printed photo, take a clear picture of it in natural light and send that — we'll let you know if it's enough to work from.

No — separate photos are better. Send us your favourite of each and we'll bring them together.

Get down to their eye level and fill the frame with their head and chest. Natural light beats a flash every time — outdoors or near a window is ideal. If they're pale, a darker background helps them stand out, and the other way round for a dark coat.

Yes, and we do this often. Send whatever photo you have — we'll work with it, and if we don't think we can do them justice, we'll say so rather than let you find out at the end.

Send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can work with it. If we can't, we'll ask for another photo before we start.

Museum-quality 250gsm archival paper, FSC-certified. Heavy, matte and uncoated, so it holds fine detail without glare and won't yellow the way regular paper does.

A4, A3 and A2. A3 is our suggested size and suits most walls. Three-pet portraits start at A3, because three of them side by side need the width.

One clear, well-lit shot where their face and markings show. Front-facing works best. Skip blurry photos, very dark ones, or anything covering their face. Phone photos are completely fine.

The digital is the file itself, emailed to you, yours to keep and print whenever you like. The print is the physical portrait on museum-quality archival paper, posted free anywhere in Australia. Every print includes the digital file at no extra cost.
