Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Australia. We don't ship outside Australia at the moment.

Your portrait is emailed to you for approval first. Once you approve it, your print arrives in 6–8 working days. Digital portraits are emailed as soon as you approve them.

Everything is printed in Australia. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to hello@piriandco.com.au and we'll reprint it — see our refund policy.
