How we handle your photos

You trust us with photos of someone you love. Here is exactly what happens to them.

Where your photos are stored

Your photos are held in secure cloud storage with encryption and strict access controls. Only the systems and people who need them to make your portrait can reach them.

How your portrait is made

Your portrait is created using a third party AI image service, working from the photos you supply. Every portrait is then checked by our team before it is sent to you for approval. Nothing goes to print without your say so.

How long we keep your photos

Your photos and portrait files are kept for up to 90 days after your order is delivered, so we can reprint your order if anything goes wrong with your print. We may delete them earlier than that.

Marketing

We will never use your photos, or your finished portrait, in our marketing without asking you first.

Deleting your photos sooner

If you would like your photos removed at any time, email hello@piriandco.com.au and we will delete them.
